INTRODUCTION
Website Access & General Terms & Policies. Our website address is: https://relationshiptoolshop.com.
Ownership of Relationship Toolshop® Blog Network and E-Learning Library (Podia) Content
Relationship Toolshop® International Training Institute, LLC (RTITI), oversees several subsidiary companies, including Parent’s Toolshop® Consulting (PTC), which delivers training services, and Ambris Publishing (AP), which publishes its resources. It also has other “niche” subsidiary divisions of the parent company, such as Foster Parents Toolshop®, Conscious Parents Toolshop®, and Christian Toolshop®, with more joining our company every year. These policies apply to ALL Toolshop®-branded companies and subsidiaries.
When you access our e-learning library (set up on Podia) or any of our websites on our network of WordPress blogs, which all have “Toolshop” domain names, such as ParentsToolshop.com/org, you are accessing content owned, operated, and maintained by Relationship Toolshop® International Training Institute, LLC (RTITI). RTITI is responsible for meeting all legal mandates and requirements set forth by Podia, the FCC, and international internet laws.
When you access any public or private area of our website network or e-learning library, you are also agreeing to our internal legal policies. These policies apply to each and all of our domains, websites, and e-learning platforms in addition to any terms or laws that supersede ours (like the FCC and Podia’s terms). You will know which websites are in our network because there will be a Copyright statement at the bottom of each page with a link to these legal policies.
Relationship Toolshop® International Training Institute, LLC (RTITI) uses two platforms for their websites: We use WordPress for our informational webpages and blog articles. We use Podia to provide an “e-library” containing all our resources, e-commerce, and memberships; those require logins to remain secure. Our policies state what our intention is and what we want to do. To the degree that we have choices about the technology used in these platforms, we choose high-security options that protect our visitors and customers’ information while allowing a fast, smooth experience for our visitors that benefits them most. To know specifics about each platform’s policies and practices, which could supersede our preferences because we are not in control of their technology, see their policies: WordPress offers only recommendations and Podia has privacy and terms for those of us who use their platform to deliver our e-learning resources, memberships, online courses, digital downloads, and more. When you access one of these resources, you agree to both our terms (below) and their terms (the technology of their platform). Keep this in mind if you read the remaining policies.

BY USING THIS WEBSITE, BLOG, E-MAILS, VIDEOS, OR ANY OF OUR PROGRAMS, SERVICES, OR PRODUCTS, YOU IMPLICITLY SIGNIFY YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL PARTS OF THE FOLLOWING DISCLAIMERS, POLICIES AND AGREEMENTS, AND ARE AGREEING TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
Updates
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CONTENT OF THESE POLICIES CAN CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR STAYING UP-TO-DATE AND ADHERING TO THE MOST CURRENT VERSION OF OUR POLICIES.

Privacy Policy
All websites and online learning sites owned or operated by Relationship Toolshop® and its subsidiary niche divisions (herein referred to as “RTITI-owned domains”) understand that privacy online is important to users of our Site, especially when conducting business. This statement governs our privacy policies with respect to those users of the Site (“Visitors”) who visit without transacting business and Visitors who register to transact business on the Site and make use of the various services offered by Relationship Toolshop® International Training Institute, LLC (RTITI ) and its subsidiary divisions (<Niche> Toolshop®) (collectively, “Services”) (“Authorized Customers”).
“Personally Identifiable Information”
Refers to any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information pertains, including, but not limited to, name, address, phone number, fax number, email address, and credit card information. Personally Identifiable Information does not include information that is collected anonymously (that is, without identification of the individual user) or demographic information not connected to an identified individual.
What Personally Identifiable Information is collected?
The e-learning platforms we use (i.e. Podia) collect basic user profile information from all of members who have chosen to create an account, to access purchases and secure content. This website and its membership platform do not collect any financial or legal information from its visitors. This is the only information directly collected by this website.
What organizations are collecting information?
In addition to our direct collection of information, our third-party service vendors collect and secure data to provide secure contact database management services (email lists services such as Podia or MailChimp) and secure order processing (i.e. PayPal, Stripe). We do not control how these third parties use such information, but we do ask them to disclose how they use personal information provided to them by Visitors and Authorized Customers. We also verify they follow all international laws and have had no history of security breaches. Some third parties may be intermediaries that act solely as links in the distribution chain and do not store, retain, or use the information given to them.
How does the Site use Personally Identifiable Information?
We use Personally Identifiable Information to customize the Site, to make appropriate service offerings, and to fulfill buying and selling requests on the Site. We may email Visitors and Authorized Customers about research or purchase and selling opportunities on the Site or information related to the subject matter of the Site. We may also use Personally Identifiable Information to contact Visitors and Authorized Customers in response to specific inquiries, or to provide requested information.
With whom we share your data
We do not share Personally Identifiable Information about Authorized Customers with anyone outside our company. Within our company, representatives may contact Authorized Customers about any issues with their orders. If there is a certified Relationship Toolshop® coach or trainer in a geographic location close to a customer or inquiry who has opted into our mailing list, we may share that person’s contact information with that company representative, so the Authorized Customer or inquirer can be made aware of more personalized services available to them. We usually ask permission before connecting the client to one of our leaders. We also offer the opportunity to “opt out” of receiving information or being contacted by us or by any agency acting on our behalf.
How is Personally Identifiable Information stored?
Personally Identifiable Information collected by RTITI is securely stored and is not accessible to third parties or employees of RTITI except for use as indicated above.
What choices are available to Visitors regarding the collection, use, and distribution of the information?
We segment our mailing lists according to geographic locations and customer status (such as graduates, foster parents, etc.), to reduce the number of unsolicited communications an individual receives and ensure that whatever they do receive is appropriate for their interests. For example, only people in a specific zip code would receive notices about live local programs in their area.
Every communication from RTITI allows Visitors and Authorized Customers to control and change their subscription preferences or opt out of receiving unsolicited information from or being contacted by us and/or our vendors and affiliated agencies. If this process fails, since a third-party vendor performs it, we rely on the customer to alert us to this fact in a timely, respectful manner, so we can follow up with the vendor and manually ensure the customer’s preferences are honored.
How Are Cookies Used on the Site?
RTITI uses cookies for several reasons. Some are integrated processes of the platforms we use (WordPress and Podia). See details in the “Cookies” section below.
How does RTITI use login information?
RTITI uses login information, including, but not limited to, IP addresses, ISPs, and browser types, to analyze trends, administer the Site, track a user’s movement and use, and gather broad demographic information. We also use it to block inappropriate users of our services, particularly comments and membership accounts. If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
What partners or service providers have access to Personally Identifiable Information from Visitors and/or Authorized Customers on the Site?
RTITI uses vendors who provide services that are far more secure and efficient than what we could do on our own. Such vendors may have access to certain Personally Identifiable Information on a need-to-know basis, such as evaluating Authorized Customers for service eligibility. Our privacy policy does not cover their collection or use of this information. When a Visitor is sent to a page that is operated by that third party, there will be an indicator on that page of the company we are using and a link to visit their site and see their policies. Disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information must comply with law. We will disclose Personally Identifiable Information in order to comply with a court order or subpoena or a request from a law enforcement agency to release information. We will also disclose Personally Identifiable Information when reasonably necessary to protect the safety of our Visitors and Authorized Customers.
How does the Site keep Personally Identifiable Information secure?
All of our employees are familiar with our security policy and practices. The Personally Identifiable Information of our Visitors and Authorized Customers is only accessible to a limited number of qualified employees who are given access to the information. We audit our security systems and processes regularly. Sensitive information, such as credit card numbers or social security numbers, is protected by encryption protocols, in place to protect information sent over the Internet. While we take commercially reasonable measures to maintain a secure site, electronic communications and databases are subject to errors, tampering, and break-ins, and we cannot guarantee or warrant that such events will not take place and we will not be liable to Visitors or Authorized Customers for any such occurrences.
How can Visitors correct any inaccuracies in Personally Identifiable Information?
Visitors and Authorized Customers may contact us to update Personally Identifiable Information about them or to correct any inaccuracies by emailing us at (email format) “support at relationshiptoolshop dotcom”. (RTITI handles all support issues for each of its many subsidiary niche divisions.)
Can a Visitor delete or deactivate Personally Identifiable Information collected by the Site?
We provide Visitors and Authorized Customers with a mechanism to delete/deactivate Personally Identifiable Information from the Site’s database by contacting our support team. However, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete a Visitor’s entry without retaining some residual information. An individual who requests to have Personally Identifiable Information deactivated will have this information functionally deleted, and we will not sell, transfer, or use Personally Identifiable Information relating to that individual in any way moving forward.
Child Videotaping Use Policy:
Relationship Toolshop® International Training Institute, LLC and its licensed representatives do not endorse and, in fact, discourage the videotaping and internet posting of children misbehaving, where it resides forever. While parents may find it cute, funny or think it could serve as a deterrent for the child, the high probability of the child feeling embarrassed, humiliated or even shameful make it a practice we discourage. Such videotaping can, in many cases, escalate or reward misbehavior. If a child starts misbehaving while a parent is videotaping, we encourage the parent to turn off their camera and tend to their child in a loving, respectful, skillful manner. Furthermore, RTITI and its licensed representatives shall only use existing videos of misbehaving children for parent education purposes and shall only request parents videotape their child’s behavior for private distance-coaching purposes, so we can observe both the parent and child’s behavior before, during and after a recurring problem for which they are seeking support. When requested, it is with the agreement that the video not be posted on the internet and will be erased once the coaching/educational purpose has been served.
Privacy off-line
RTITI provides education, training, and support both online and off-line, such as live in person or via webinars outside our website network. No matter where or how we provide education and support, your privacy and confidentiality are important to us. So, we are including those policies here, too.
Coaching Confidentiality
Prior to entering into a private coaching relationship, the client shall review and agree to, via signature, to our Release of Liability form. This form also includes confidentiality statements and policies related to the coaching relationship.
Seminar Recording Policy
If you are participating in a Parents Toolshop seminar that is being audio or video recorded, you will be notified in advance and asked to sign our Permission to Record form. Our purpose in recording some seminars is to provide additional educational resources in non-print formats. Occasionally, we will use them for promotional purposes.
In a recorded seminar, we will never ask you to share identifying information such as your full name, to protect your confidentiality as one of our clients.
Your voluntary participation in such recorded seminars serves as your informed consent to your use of your voice or image, in whole or in part, in these recordings or other derivative materials based on them with no monetary or other compensation provided in exchange.
Parents Toolshop Consulting, Ltd. or it’s associated companies shall own the copyrights to all recordings and have the right to reproduce, redistribute, prepare derivative works based on, publicly perform, and display these materials without compensation to those participating in the recorded seminars.
Non-Disclosure Agreements
Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are a common practice in the business world when people, companies, or organizations are discussing a potential joint venture. It allows both parties to fully disclose their plans and ideas, trusting fully that the other party will protect the confidential nature of what is shared and not use it for illegal or unethical purposes.
Prior to sharing confidential information with leader certification inquiries (trainers, coaches, co-authors), business partners, joint venture partners, affiliates, or business-training participants, we may request a signature of our Non-Disclosure Agreement, which protects against the sharing or use of proprietary, confidential information shared by both parties.
Our Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall begin upon the initiation of the Receiving Party requesting confidential information about Relationship Toolshop® Leader Certification and remain in force per the terms detailed below.
What happens if the Privacy Policy Changes?
We will let our Visitors and Authorized Customers know about changes to our privacy policy by posting such changes on the Site. However, if we are changing our privacy policy in a manner that might cause disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information that a Visitor or Authorized Customer has previously requested not be disclosed, we will contact such Visitor or Authorized Customer to allow such Visitor or Authorized Customer to prevent such disclosure.

Intellectual Property Rights & Policies
Copyright Policy
Copyright Policy
All files and information contained in all the websites or blogs in the Relationship Toolshop® network are copyright by Relationship Toolshop® International Training Institute, LLC (herein referred to as RTITI), and may not be duplicated, copied, modified or adapted, repurposed or curated, in part or in whole, or in any way without our written permission.
Our content, as found within our website, blog, resources, programs and services, is protected under United States and foreign copyrights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication of any such content, is strictly prohibited. YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES DOES NOT GRANT YOU ANY OWNERSHIP RIGHTS TO OUR CONTENT. NOR DOES BEING OUR CLIENT, STUDENT, OR EVEN A CERTIFIED LEADER.
Trademarks
The names “Toolshop®,” “Universal Blueprint®” and “Parents Tool Talk,” are legally registered trademarks in active use. Our website or blog may contain these and other of our service marks or trademarks, as well as those of our affiliates or other companies, in the form of words, graphics, and logos. Your use of our website, blog, resources, programs or services does not constitute any right or license for you to use our service marks or trademarks, without the prior written permission of RTITI.
Proprietary Content & Systems
The Universal Blueprint® system is considered proprietary, because no other parenting or relationship improvement program (to our knowledge) has such a system that can be used for decision-making and problem-solving that results in totally customized responses and solutions that are personalized to the situation and people in it at that moment. It would have been patented if were a mechanical or chemical process. Since it’s not, it is protected under U.S. Copyrights IN WHOLE AND PART.
When you access a product, resource, service or program that teaches the Universal Blueprint® system, you are agreeing to honor the decades of research, development, testing, and updates that have gone into its creation and evolution by not sharing the system or any part of it with anyone ever. This especially applies to family, parenting or relationship professionals who want to create their own content and are referencing various programs and resources to create their own. The Universal Blueprint® system, every part of it, as well as how each part and the whole are described are protected not only by copyright laws, but because this system is the foundation and key component of RTITI’s Unique Service Position and branding, such violations and unauthorized are also considered trademark violations. Such misuse can dilute our company brand and create a market competitor offering an inferior counterfeit that would create confusion among the consumers trying to evaluate the quality of their choices.
If you want to use, teach, or create new content from the Universal Blueprint®, you need to be a certified Relationship Toolshop® leader (advisor/coach, group facilitator/trainer, content contributor/expert/co-author/division leader). Prior to certification, applicants must sign our non-disclosure agreement, because leader certification provides limited and expanded access or use to our copyrighted materials. This separate agreement makes clear that these additional privileges end when the person’s certification ends or goes inactive and their rights revert to that of any other website visitor. Anti-spam Policy
What is spam?
In the context of electronic messaging, spam refers to unsolicited, bulk or indiscriminate messages, typically sent for a commercial purpose.
Relationship Toolshop® International Training Institute, LLC (RTITI) and its subsidiary companies and divisions (including Ambris Publishing, Parents Toolshop® Consulting, and other <Niche> Toolshop) hereby referred to collectively as RTITI, operate and maintain all Toolshop domains and websites. RTITI has a zero-tolerance spam policy.
Automated spam filtering
RTITI’s web network employs messaging systems that automatically scan all incoming email messages and filter out messages that appear to be spam.
Problems with spam filtering
No message filtering system is 100% accurate, and from time-to-time legitimate messages will be filtered out by RTITI’s systems.
If you believe this has happened to a message you have sent, please advise the message recipient by another means.
You can reduce the risk of a message being caught by the spam filters by sending the message in plain text (i.e. no HTML), removing any attachments, and ensuring that your messages are scanned for malware before dispatch.
Receipt of unwanted messages from RTITI
In the unlikely event that you receive any message from RTITI or sent using RTITI’s systems that may be considered to be spam, please contact RTITI at support at relationshiptoolshop dotcom and the matter will be investigated.
Changes to this anti-spam policy
RTITI may amend this anti-spam policy at any time by publishing a new version on this website.
Return/Refunds Policies
Physical Product Return Policy
Per Ambris Publishing, a subsidiary company if RTITI
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
This policy applies to physical products. Any digital resources that can be copied, saved, stored, or shared are non-refundable.
* All returns must be pre-approved and include documentation that clearly indicates the reason for return.
* If not pre-approved or no reason is indicated, it is assumed the reason is “overstock” and the terms below apply.
- Defective items: will be automatically replaced, with the publisher paying shipping if the publisher is notified of the problem before the return shipment is made, to pre-authorize the return. Publisher will ship new books upon receiving the returned items, to first verify defective quality. If the buyer wants replacement items shipped sooner, they can place a new order and when the defective items are received, a credit for the defective items will be issued and applied to any outstanding balances.
- Overstock returns: Unfortunately, we have no way to resell books that have already been read, handled, or otherwise used. Therefore, books that have been taken out of the original packing and placed into bookstores for resale perusal will not be accepted; shipment will be refused and buyer will incur all shipping charges. Unless a buyer notifies the publisher of one of the aforementioned conditions or can verify the books were never placed in the store where they could get handled, any unexpected, unauthorized return shipments will be refused and shipped back at buyer’s expense.
* If publisher receives an order for a new shipment of the identical book within 30 days of an overstock return, publisher will assume the vendor is avoiding payment by returning used product and will no longer accept order or returns from that vendor.
- Items damaged in transit to buyer: will receive credits and replacements based on whose shipping account was used to ship the books to the buyer.
Reason: Shipping companies such as FedEx and UPS are usually insured. It is their insurance payment that will compensate the publisher for the damaged goods. In compliance with the policies of these shipping companies, the party whose account was used to pay shipping needs to file the insurance claim for the damaged goods.
For either party to file an insurance claim, the following criteria must be met:
(a) The receiver/buyer must obtain photographic proof of the damage (to both the container and damaged items). (Buyers/Distributors: please notify your receiving department to inspect each shipment and immediately document any damage. If no documentation is obtained, no claim, refund or credit can be made.)
(b) The tracking number of the shipment that was received damaged is recorded. (If no tracking number is provided, no claim, refund or credit can be made.)
If all the above conditions are met, an insurance claim can be filed by the party whose shipping account was used. Then, credits or replacements will occur as follows:
* If Ambris Publishing’s shipping account was used: credits or returns must meet the above criteria and the following criteria:
(a) The Buyer/Receiver is responsible for notifying the publisher of damage within 48 hours of receiving the damaged shipment, specifying if they want a credit or replacement, and confirming proof of the damage has been or will be promptly sent to the publisher.
(b) Receipt of the documentation of damage (photographic evidence and any damaged items being returned) must be received by the publisher within 10 calendar days of buyer notifying the publisher of the damaged goods and whether you want to return or sell the damaged items (see next item). (Electronic submissions of photos are accepted at the email address above: PTCinfo@parentstoolshop.com.)
(c) Upon receipt of the documentation of damage, one of the following will happen:
- If the buyer wants to keep and sell the damaged goods:
- If the order was pre-paid: a credit memo will be created for the payment for the damaged order. That credit can be applied toward any outstanding balances or future orders.
- If the order was invoiced: the invoice can be adjusted and reissued for 50% of the new sales price for which the reseller plans to sell the items.
- If the buyer wants replacement books, notify the publisher you want to ship the damaged books back (at the publisher’s cost). Upon approval of the request, the publisher will either arrange for a return tag to be provided to the buyer or provide the buyer with the publisher’s shipping account number. When the tracking number for the return shipment is provided to the publisher, the publisher will ship replacement items at the publisher’s expense.
* If the receiver (bookstore, vendor) uses their own shipping account for the order, they are responsible for filing the insurance claim with the shipping company that damaged the items, following the shipping company’s procedures. The insurance payment they receive will serve as credit or reimbursement for the damaged items. If the damaged items were returned to the publisher, the insurance pay-out will be paid to the publisher, to compensate for the damaged goods returned and their shipping costs. If the buyer sends the insurance claim documentation to Ambris Publishing, it will receive either full credit or replacement books (whichever the buyer requests) within 10 days of receiving the documentation.
* DETERMINATION OF DAMAGE IS AT PUBLISHER’S DISCRETION AND JUDGMENT. IF NO DOCUMENTATION OF THE DAMAGE IS PROVIDED, NO CLAIM CAN BE FILED AND NO CREDITS OR REPLACEMENTS WILL BE MADE BY THE PUBLISHER.
* IF THE BUYER DOES NOT FILE A DAMAGE REPORT WITH THE PUBLISHER WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING DAMAGED GOODS OR WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY (FEDEX, YELLOW, USPS, ETC.) WITHIN 30 DAYS, THE BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THE PUBLISHER FOR THE ORDER.
Issuing credit:
- For buyer to qualify for credit on return shipping charges, Ambris Publishing must receive notification within 10 days of the exact charges, to issue proper credit. If notification is not received within 10 days, return shipping charges will not be included in the credit and will not be added later.
- Ambris Publishing issues credit memos, not refund checks, within 30 days of receiving returns. Credit reflects any return shipping charges for which Ambris has been notified. Credit memos are applied to open invoices and against future purchases. Credits expire one year from issue date.
Return Shipping address is available upon request. Send email to “support at relationship toolshop dotcom” in traditional email format.

The Receiving Party is permitted to review, examine, inspect, and obtain the Disclosing Party’s confidential, proprietary information only for the purpose for which it was received (such as participating in a Toolshop® program or service or purchasing a resource delivered in digital format.) Otherwise, the Receiving Party will hold such information strictly confidential pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

Digital Goods Refund Policy
We offer refunds on purchases of our digital goods for the following reasons:
- Non-delivery of the product: Due to an issue with the mail, you do not receive a delivery e-mail from us. Depending on the price of the product, Relationship Toolshop® may require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service describing the missing item;
- Download issues: You have problems that prevent you from downloading the product. Relationship Toolshop® offers specific step-by-step directions/instructions with screen shots for both Mac and PC customers at our Download Help Relationship Toolshop® recommends that you contact the support team for your browser provider, as Relationship Toolshop® ensures that our digital resources can be downloaded with all major browsers, and this problem usually arises from a customer’s issue with either their browser, firewall, or network;
- Irreparable defects with the digital file(s): Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Please retry downloading after refreshing the page, re-logging into the site, exiting and restarting your browser, or as a final resort rebooting your computer. If none of these fix the problem, submit a ticket to our Support Team (support at relationship toolshop dot com) for trouble-shooting or approval of a refund request;
- Product not-as-described: Since we often provide demo videos and samples prior to purchase, a request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every customer is encouraged to check free samples ( in the form of video overviews, demo links, product samples, screen shots) of each type of the product offered before making a purchase.
Course Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy
Relationship Toolshop® International Training Institute offers live and on-line training programs directly and through its subsidiary service divisions, like Parents Toolshop®, Foster Parents Toolshop®, Christian Toolshop®, etc. Unless otherwise specifically indicated on the registration or confirmation materials, the following registration and refund policies will apply:
LIVE PROGRAMS
We contract with sponsors to provide meeting space and publicity (often at cost), so we can offer live in-person training programs at as low a cost as possible. The closer we get to a start date, the more financial consequences there are for cancellations. (i.e. we pay extra to book a room for the number of people registered then people cancel and still have to pay for a room bigger than we need or to print more materials, etc.) So just like any other training program or university that’s not funded by outside grants or funding, we need to have graduated cancellation refund policies so we can still meet the financial commitments we have made to provide the class.
Refund Policy For Course Cancellations
100% refund 30+ days in advance of the first class.
50% refund 15-29 days in advance of the first class.
25% refund 7-14 days in advance of the first class.
10% refund 2-6 days in advance of the first class.
NO REFUND less than 2 days in advance of the first class.
ONLINE PROGRAMS
Our online programs provide proprietary intellectual property in a format that can be saved, consumed, and often even downloaded. Therefore, once someone has access to this content there are no refunds because they have received the content for which they paid and could have saved it. There are two exceptions to this policy:
- If the refund request is due to technical issues that prevented access to the content and RTITI or its subsidiary has been notified and given a chance to rectify or fix the situation in a reasonable timeframe. Sometimes, because it involves website functionality, we may need to submit a support ticket to a third-party vendor, so “reasonable” would be 2 business days for RTITI support team to respond to the initial request and up to 2 weeks maximum for website fixes to be completed unless the support RTITI seeks is delayed. RTITI support should be communicating all this on a timely basis to the registrant, at least weekly. We apologize in advance if you have this issue and will work with you to prevent such delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding of the complexities of offering online programming.
- If you haven’t gotten access to all the modules, because they become available at different times. Here the refund is based on how many lessons you have access to, even if you haven’t accessed the lessons since access has been granted. The two ways this limited access may occur are as follows:
- The course lessons are “dripped” by dates. You can be refunded for lessons to which you have not yet been granted access. Example: A 10-session course releases a new module each week over 10 weeks. Once you have access to each new module, the percentage of refund you can request diminishes.
- The course progress is controlled by the student by completing one module/lesson and clicking a box to indicate that lesson is “complete,” before gaining access to the next module.
If you have any questions or issues, please contact our support team.

Implicit Agreement
BY USING THIS WEBSITE, BLOG, E-MAILS, VIDEOS, OR ANY OF OUR PROGRAMS, SERVICES, OR PRODUCTS, YOU IMPLICITLY SIGNIFY YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL PARTS OF THE FOLLOWING DISCLAIMER AND ARE AGREEING TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
For Educational and Informational Purposes Only
The information contained in our website, blog, guest blogs, e-mails, videos, programs, services and/or products is for educational and informational purposes only, and is made available to you as self-help tools for your own use. While Jody Johnston Pawel, LSW, CFLE and other Relationship Toolshop® leaders, trainers and coaches may draw on their prior professional training and experience as licensed professionals (including but not limited to social workers, psychologists, therapists, Certified Family Life Educators, etc.), you acknowledge that we are providing education and support to you as family life educators and coaches only, to use at your own discretion in your own family or family life professional practice. We do not provide therapy or counseling services in our roles and nothing we say or do should be misconstrued or interpreted as such.
Not Medical, Mental Health, or Spiritual Advice
The information contained in this website or provided through our blog, e-mails, videos, programs, services or products is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical, mental health or spiritual advice, diagnosis or treatment that can be provided by your own physician, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, therapist, counselor, mental health practitioner, licensed dietitian or nutritionist, spiritual counselor, or any other licensed or registered health care professional. By enrolling in any of the seminars, workshops, coaching, or programs offered, you are not engaging in a therapeutic relationship. If you need therapy, you need to engage the services of a mental health professional.
Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking professional advice because of information you have read on this website or received from us. Do not stop taking any medications without speaking to your physician, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, mental health provider or other health care professionals. If you have or suspect that you have a medical or mental health issue, contact your healthcare provider promptly. We are not providing health care, medical, nutrition, or therapy services or attempting to diagnose, treat, or cure in any manner whatsoever any physical ailment, or any mental or emotional issue, disease, or condition. Rather, we serve as coaches, educators, mentors, and guides who help you reach your own personal and business goals.
Referral to Mental Health Practitioners
Should it appear that professional counseling services may be appropriate for any potential mental health issue or concern, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), we will refer you to a licensed therapist, counselor, or other mental health practitioner, as we will not be operating at any time as a therapist, counselor, or mental health practitioner in the role of educator and coach. Our intent is NOT to replace any relationship that exists, or should exist, between you and your doctor, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, therapist, counselor, or other physical or mental health care professional or spiritual counselor. Since we have a relationship with you that is very limited in scope, extent and time, we may not realize that you need a referral, so we also shall not be held liable for not referring you for professional services if you find at a later point you needed them.

The law varies by state, and it is constantly changing, so therefore it affects each individual and business in different ways. As a result, it is recommended to seek outside financial, business, and/or legal counsel relating to your specific circumstances as needed. Testimonials Disclosure
The testimonials, examples, and photos used in our website, promotional materials, programs, products, blog articles and elsewhere are of actual clients and results they personally achieved. They are unsolicited, true, and in the clients’ words, whether submitted in writing or spoken verbally. Each client has provided these unsolicited comments and approved of their use and photos to be used in our materials to speak to our program, service, and/or product capabilities. Due to the confidential nature of relationships and parenting, some names have been changed, abbreviated, or eliminated, to share stories about results while simultaneously protecting confidentiality.
Testimonials are non-representative of all clients. They are not intended to represent or guarantee that current or future clients will achieve the same or similar results. Rather, these client stories represent what is possible with our programs, services, and/or products. Each of these unique stories, and any and all results reported in these stories by our clients, are the culmination of numerous variables, some of which we cannot control.
Unique experiences and past performances do not guarantee future results! Relationships, especially parenting, are unpredictable and involve risk. Professionals who choose to create businesses that serve parents, families, and support and educate people about their relationships will always have the potential for loss. Your results may vary. If you cannot afford to risk the losses, you should not invest in the relationship/parenting market.
