Module 6: Tools for Healing Relationships



  1. Take the vision “story” you wrote for the relationship that you’ve identified as wanting to improve. Use it to Create Your Own Meditation/Visualization Tape:
    1. Rewrite your “story” as affirmations. Can add for different areas of your life.
    2. If you want to add a centering, grounding, energy expanding exercise to the beginning, before the story/affirmations, use the Energy Clearing Script. You can edit with the specific visions, goals, or clearing statement specific to you.
    3. Record with audacity

    5. Listen every night for 3-6 months.
  2. Establish a Daily Routine that involves centering, grounding, setting intentions, ASK, BELIEVE & RECEIVE, Gratitude
    1. Use the “A Quick “Mental” Grounding Technique on page 2 of the “Grounding Techniques” document. Do this at least once in the morning; more if you feel stressed.
  3. Use EFT on your Top 10 stressors. Target those that are 5-10 points until 0-2 pts. Target no more than 1/day. Follow along with Diagram of EFT Handout
