FOLLOW-UP SESSIONS: HEALING RELATIONSHIPS

  • Meditation Recording– (pdf of script): This was a powerful meditation. It’s not unusual for people to have energy releases when doing this kind of energy work or experiencing healing:
    • Emotional releases can be in the form of crying — honor it and release it; it’s cleansing.
    • Physical releases can bring on tingling, hot flashes, or localized burning sensation during a healing. What seem to be symptoms that otherwise might be labelled as not feeling well; that’s normal, too. When the body releases toxins there can be a period where one feels worse before one feels better.
    • When you’ve cleared a lot and healing, insights, and new belief systems are being “downloaded,” you can also feel tired or want to sleep a lot.

These are all normal. In fact, they are all good signs healing is occurring or has occurred.

Before and after doing energy work, it’s very important to drink a lot of water. Water is cleansing and can help flush out toxins. Showering can help “wash off” toxins.
